Creates a legal-hold end on all of the files for the specified litigation id this is only allowed when an operation is no longer in progress

DELETE /storage/snaplock/litigations/{id}

Creates a legal-hold end on all of the files for the specified litigation ID. This is only allowed when an operation is no longer in progress.
