Syntax

Get-SmAssignedRoles [-UserName]  <String>  [-UserGroupObjectType]  <SmUserGroupObjectType>

Detailed Description

Gets the roles assigned to a specified user or Active Directory group.

Parameters

UserName

Specifies the domain\username for the user about which you want to get role information.

UserGroupObjectType

Specifies that the domain\username for which you are requesting role information is a group.

Example 1: Getting roles for a particular user

 Get-SmAssignedRoles -UserName sddev\administrator

This example syntax gets the roles assigned to a user.
