Severity: NOTICE
Description: This message occurs when a shelf firmware module is rebooted administratively, or when a reboot occurs normally when the system powers up, the firmware is updated, or the alternate control path (ACP) is reset.
Corrective Action: (None).
Syslog Message: Reboot event reported by module %s in shelf: %s, log: %s
Parameters: module (STRING): Module designator (A or B).
shelf (STRING): Shelf identifier.
log (STRING): Reboot event log from the shelf module.

Severity: ERROR
Description: This message occurs when a shelf firmware module reboots unexpectedly (not due to powering up, a firmware update, an alternate control path (ACP) reset, nor an administrative reboot).
Corrective Action: Check the cabling to the shelf. Check the status LED on the shelf, making sure that the fault LEDs are not on. Clear any fault condition, if possible.
