This message occurs when a shelf firmware module reboots unexpectedly (not due to powering up, a firmware update, an alternate control path (ACP) reset, nor an administrative reboot).
- Corrective Action

Check the cabling to the shelf. Check the status LED on the shelf, making sure that the fault LEDs are not on. Clear any fault condition, if possible.
