You must set the path for BR*Tools to use the BR*Tools command.
About this task
If the path is not set and you try to perform the system dump operation by using BR*Tools, the following error message is logged in config_summary.txt: 'brtools' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file
Steps

Click Start > My Computer and then right-click Properties > Advanced > Environmental Variables.

In the Environmental Variables window, click New to add new BR*tools path or Edit to edit the existing BR*Tools path for both the system variables and user variables.

Click OK to save your changes.
