You should configure the Azure storage account in SnapCenter.
The Azure storage account contains details about the subscription ID, Azure credential, and Azure NetApp account.

The standard licenses and capacity-based license is not required for Azure NetApp Files. |
Steps

In the left navigation pane, click Storage Systems.

In the Storage Systems page, select Azure NetApp Files and click New.

Select the credential, subscription ID, and NetApp account from the respective drop-down lists.

Click Submit.
