You might need to upgrade the host that the Tiebreaker monitor is running on.
Steps

Uninstall the Tiebreaker software:
rpm -e NetApp-MetroCluster-Tiebreaker-Software -
Upgrade the host. Refer to your host OS documentation for details.

Reinstall the Tiebreaker software.
Perform a fresh installation of Tiebreaker by following the steps in Install the Tiebreaker software.
