Update SNMP MIB II system group variables
The set snmpSystemVariables
command changes the system variables for the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP).
Supported Arrays
This command applies to an individual E4000, E2800, E5700, EF600 or EF300 storage array. It does not operate on E2700 or E5600 storage arrays.
Roles
To execute this command on an E4000, E2800, E5700, EF600, or EF300 storage array, you must have the Storage Admin or Support Admin role.
Context
The following system variables are maintained in a Management Information Base II (MIB-II) database:

Name of the system

Name of the system contact
-
Location of the system
Syntax
set snmpSystemVariables
[sysName=newSystemName]
[sysContact=contactName]
[sysLocation=systemLocation]
Parameters
