Enable or disable VMware vStorage over NFS

You can enable or disable support for VMware vStorage over NFS on storage virtual machines (SVMs) by using the vserver nfs modify command.

About this task

By default, support for VMware vStorage over NFS is disabled.

Steps
  1. Display the current vStorage support status for SVMs:

    vserver nfs show -vserver vserver_name -instance

  2. Perform one of the following actions:

    Enable VMware vStorage support

    vserver nfs modify -vserver vserver_name -vstorage enabled

    Disable VMware vStorage support

    vserver nfs modify -vserver vserver_name -vstorage disabled
