This message occurs when volume delete operations attempts to clean-up snapmirror resources and finds that there are no cloud snapshots associated with the volume. The cloud endpoint is automatically deleted on deletion of last cloud snapshot. So it's unusual to find a cloud snapshot endpoint with no snapshots.
