This message occurs when a disk is shared by multiple nodes in a non-HA or stand-alone configuration. If the procedure to convert an HA configuration to a non-HA configuration is not followed properly, the system may end up either having disks whose partitions are owned by another node, or owning partitions on non-local disks.
