This message occurs when a node is in partial giveback state because only some aggregates were given back during the giveback operation.
- Corrective Action

Use the "storage failover show-giveback" command to check the giveback status of the aggregates. This command displays the cause of giveback failure and suggests corrective actions. Then retry giveback by using the "storage failover giveback" command.
