Description

This message occurs after a scheduled firmware update, when the servprocd daemon detects that the Service Processor(SP) firmware version changed to an unexpected value.

Corrective Action

Check whether the SP firmware has been updated through the SP CLI. If not: 1. Manually update the SP firmware. 2. If the failures persist, contact NetApp technical support.
