This message occurs when the system cannot map an ID stored in the Access Control Entry (ACE) to a valid UNIX® User ID/Group ID (UID/GID) pair. This failure makes this ACE an invalid one, resulting in a possible loss of access to the file or directory for which this ACE was set.
